About the role

We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic Female Telecaller to join our growing solar energy company. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in generating leads, educating potential customers about solar energy solutions, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

What you'll do

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote solar products and services
• Explain the benefits of solar energy and answer basic technical and pricing-related queries
• Collect customer information and update the CRM system accurately
• Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team
• Follow up with prospects through calls, SMS, and emails

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
• CRM
• Sales

• MS Office

• Class 12
