What you'll do

• Monitor daily attendance and update leaves in Attendance Management System
• Prepare Payroll related reports
• Conduct end-to-end employee life cycle activities including induction & joining formalities, confirmation process, promotion, transfer
• Manage Recruitment process such as written test and interviews
• Manage trainings as per Annual Training Calendar and update training records
