What you'll do
- Manpower planning, allocation, and effective utilization
- Monitor production lines and ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Ensure daily production targets are achieved within planned shift timings
- Monitor line efficiency, productivity, and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)
- Monitor machine performance and ensure optimum operational efficiency
