Executive/ Senior Executive - HR & Admin

About the role

This role entails aligning HR practices with the business needs of the manufacturing unit, supporting end-to-end processes, and encouraging a positive work culture. This role will also collaborate with Mahindra World City (MWC Site) HR team to maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies while promoting employee engagement, development, and well-being.

What you'll do

• Coordinate leadership visits and manage all aspects of site administration, ensuring executive engagements and site operations run seamlessly
• Oversee facilities administration while delivering comprehensive employee support services, including workplace safety, infrastructure readiness, and employee welfare
• Manage vendor relationships and administer the contract workforce, ensuring compliance with company policies and smooth vendor operations
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee documentation while providing consistent administrative support for HR and operational needs
• Support talent acquisition activities and manage employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding to exit formalities, ensuring a positive employee experience
