About the role

The Learning Facilitator is responsible for driving learner success across enrolled programs through consistent engagement, academic support, and timely interventions. The role focuses on improving learner outcomes, ensuring course completion, and enhancing the overall learning experience in a self-paced online environment.

What you'll do

• Take end-to-end ownership of learner success, ensuring consistent engagement and timely course completion
• Conduct learner orientation and induction sessions covering LMS navigation, course structure, assessments, and timelines
• Monitor learner progress against defined milestones and follow up on pending submissions
• Identify at-risk learners and initiate timely interventions to ensure learner success
• Provide academic guidance on modules, assignments, academic writing, and referencing standards

What you need

• 1–3 yrs of experience
• Teaching
• Communication
• MBA or BBA

What you get
