About the role

Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to influence commercial strategy. We're looking for someone who has: PhD in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Immunology, Cell Biology, Cancer Biology, Neuroscience, or a related discipline. Proven experience working with distributors and indirect sales channels.

What you'll do

• Lead scientific engagement with high-growth customers
• Provide technical and application support to customers, distributors, and sales teams across India
• Build relationships with Biopharma, CRO, CDMO, GMP, and research-focused customers
• Partner with distributors to identify opportunities, support evaluations, and drive product adoption
• Deliver scientific presentations, workshops, product demonstrations, and customer training sessions
