FCI:RCU Regional Manager

About the role

The RCU Regional Manager is responsible for identifying the potential financial losses in branches like cheque fraud, cash not tallying at the EOD, any kind of office accounts debit and credit without any proper reason or motto, clearing accounts. They are responsible for monitoring on daily basis, illegitimate transactions from customers.

What you'll do

• Manage and control application Frauds in the region by ensuring sampling efficiency with continual improved hit rates against sampling percentages or the optimal…
• Ensure completion of CPV/ LR/Other Verification
• Ensure quality verifications of Gold Loan packets through RCU agencies for all Consumer Lending branches in the region as per set frequency
• Ensure quality verifications conducted through RCU agencies for all ware houses funded by bank in the region every month
• Ensure eyeballing activity through RCU agencies for submitted various post sanction documents and trigger base sampling at CPCs in the region

What you need
