Field Sales Account Executive

About the role

Zoom's India Field Sales team is a fast-moving, customer-focused group dedicated to helping growing businesses communicate and collaborate more effectively using Zoom Workplace. Through strategic partnerships and a commitment to client success, the team plays a meaningful role in Zoom's global growth, bringing the full power of Zoom's collaboration platform to organizations across every sector in India.

What you'll do

• Identify and qualify new leads across Mid-Market accounts in India, engage technical resources, and close deals to exceed sales and product objectives
• Build and deliver client demos, presentations, proposals, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) tailored to each prospect's business context
• Lead high-level conversations with C-Level and VP-Level executives to understand client needs and guide the sales process using solution-selling techniques
• Develop net-new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships within existing accounts
• Maintain accurate sales activity tracking , pipeline status in Salesforce and forecasting accuracy against predefined quarterly/ yearly goals
