Field Supervisor Service

About the role

The Field Supervisor Service is responsible for delivering operational excellence in the designated routes and ensuring customer centricity. The role oversees field operations, customer relationship management, team performance, and compliance with service standards while driving continuous improvement and business growth.

What you'll do

• Adherence to EH&S policy and practices
• Ensure Zero accident / incident. Engage and reiterate employees on safe work practices
• Ensure that issues identified in the Risk Assessment (JHA) process are mitigated or controlled in accordance with assigned responsibilities and schedules
• Conduct EH&S inspection/audit and cover each employee in designated routes
• Conduct toolbox talk with field professionals

What you need

• 3–10 yrs of experience
• Customer service
• MS Office
• Communication
• Diploma
