About the role

We're looking for energetic and qualified Team Leads/Fleet Coaches - Last Mile to join our Quick Commerce Operations team across Mumbai. If you have a good network of 2W delivery partners across various zones in Mumbai, this is your opportunity to join India's leading quick commerce logistics platform.

What you'll do

  • Sourcing & Managing Delivery Riders: Onboarding riders via personal and vendor network, training, tracking performance, and handling grievances/issues
  • Handling Issues: Volume increases, rider payments, and customer complaints in real-time
  • End-to-end fleet operations for Delivery Executives / Riders. Daily fleet availability, utilization & productivity tracking
  • Rider engagement and retention initiatives

What you need

  • 1–4 yrs of experience
  • Last-mile delivery
  • Logistics
  • Excel
  • MIS reporting
  • Any graduate
