Founder's Office (Growth & GTM)

About the role

This is a growth role, not a strategy role. You will sit next to the CEO and own one number: revenue growth for one of our core product lines. Everything you do — every piece of content, every cold email, every demo call — either moves that number or it doesn't. You won't be handed a playbook, a team, or a warmed-up pipeline.

What you'll do

• Sit next to the CEO and own one number: revenue growth for one of our core product lines
• Build the GTM engine yourself: figure out which channels work, build them, and scale the ones that do
• Running the full inside-sales motion — taking demo calls, handling objections, following up relentlessly, and closing
• Setting up and running outbound systems — cold email, cold calls, LinkedIn, or whatever channel gets us in front of the right buyers
• Writing scripts and light automations to scale yourself — scraping lead lists, wiring up email sequences, building dashboards so you know what's working
