About the role

As a Freelance Recruiter at Mhymatch, you will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and hiring top talent for our clients. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide suitable candidates. Your role will involve managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates.

What you'll do

• Sourcing Strategy : Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent using various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals)
• Training & Development : Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance recruitment skills
• Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Job boards (e.g., Indeed, Monster)
• Social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook)
