Functional Consultant/ Business Analysts - Commercial Loan Servicing

About the role

We manage the end-to-end life cycle from Initial kick off and requirements gathering through build, Config, UAT and Go-Live. In this role, you will guide clients through discovery, solution design, configuration, validation, testing and go-live for complex lending transformations.

What you'll do

• Lead requirements workshops with clients across syndicated, bilateral and complex commercial lending operations
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, process flows and business test scenarios
• Map client requirements to product capabilities across commercial loan servicing platforms, including ACBS
• Perform gap analysis and define product changes, client-specific enhancements and change requests
• Configure workflows, product rules and servicing parameters to support target operating models
