About the role

Coach and advise senior leaders on organisation design, change management, and people-related decisions. Proven experience supporting large employee populations across manufacturing operations. Demonstrated ability to build scalable HR frameworks, systems, and processes. Experience managing employee relations and workforce challenges within complex operational environments.
