General Manager - International Moving Division

About the role

The General Manager will oversee the day-to-day performance of the International Moving Division and take ownership across: You will lead teams, establish accountability, improve processes, develop employees, manage escalations, and ensure the division operates efficiently while continuing to grow.

What you'll do

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the International Moving Division
• Oversee Sales, Operations, Pricing, Sales Support, and Customer Service functions
• Recruit, train, coach, and manage remote employees and department leaders
• Establish KPIs and performance standards across departments
• Hold teams accountable for results and operational execution
