About the role

The Global Payroll & Time Technology Specialist plays a key role in supporting Takeda's Payroll and Workforce Technology transformation agenda, including ADP GlobalView, Workforce Software (WFS), Workday integrations, and future global initiatives.

What you'll do

Support the implementation and optimisation of global Payroll and Time solutions across multiple countries
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for payroll and workforce technology projects, process improvements, and governance activities
Coordinate project activities including requirements, testing, deployment, hypercare, and transition to business operations
Partner with HR, Payroll, DD&T, vendors, and local teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption of global solutions
Drive process standardisation, simplification, and alignment with global best practices
