About the role

This is a unique opportunity to operate at the centre of Payroll, HR, Finance, IT&D, Tax, and external provider networks, helping shape the future of payroll delivery globally.

What you'll do

  • Lead and coordinate global payroll governance forums, including agenda management, executive reporting, presentations, minutes, action tracking
  • Support the GPO in driving the global payroll strategy and transformation roadmap
  • Act as a key partner across Payroll, HR, Finance, Tax, IT&D, and external vendors to ensure alignment on priorities, risks, and delivery objectives
  • Support to manage payroll vendor governance, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), global performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Review vendor KPIs, SLAs, controls, and service delivery metrics, providing meaningful insights and recommendations to senior leadership
