About the role

We are seeking a Global Reward Operations Specialist to support the delivery of the global VOIS Reward agenda through reward data consolidation, analytics, stakeholder coordination and operational governance across VOIS centres. Based in Pune, India, you will work across Reward teams, HR Services and in-country stakeholders to support global reward programmes and annual reward processes.
