About the role

We're looking for someone who has: 13-20 years of progressive HR leadership experience within manufacturing, engineering, automotive, industrial, or precision engineering organizations. Experience managing multi-plant or multi-business HR environments. Proven capability in manpower planning, workforce productivity, and organizational design.

What you'll do

• Partner with business and plant leadership to align people strategy with business objectives
• Lead organization design, workforce planning, and manpower productivity initiatives
• Drive recruitment and workforce pipeline development across leadership, technical, and shop-floor roles
• Build and institutionalize a robust performance management and accountability framework
• Lead talent management, succession planning, and leadership development programs
