About the role

The purpose of the role is drive the postpaid net add and revenue enhancement agenda through the Vi Mini Stores and Outbound channel. Appointment of DSAs in key identified markets of the cluster and tracking / driving DSA productivity Problem solving, strategic & analytical capabilities Vodafone Idea Limited (formerly Idea Cellular Limited)

What you'll do

• Outbound and Vi Mini Stores Lead
• Postpaid / Outbound and Vi Mini Stores
• Build & scale up quality postpaid acquisitions agenda for the cluster, by spearheading the Vi Mini Stores and Outbound sales agenda
• Achieve acquisition net of churn as per DB for all segment – Consumer , Digital , Enterprise (SOHO/ SME), IOIP , large accounts etc
• Drive and sustain engagement for team members ( ARLs and FLs ) of the cluster to facilitate delivery on key organizational goals and KRAs
