About the role

Purpose of Position The Customer Satisfaction & Quality (CS&Q) Manufacturing Quality Lead is responsible for driving manufacturing quality excellence, customer satisfaction, Supplier Quality management and continuous improvement across the Product plants r.

What you'll do

• Responsible for driving manufacturing quality excellence, customer satisfaction, Supplier Quality management and continuous improvement across the Product plants r
• Lead the deployment of robust quality management systems, ensure manufacturing process capability, drive defect prevention, improve customer experience
• Responsible for the Cluster CS& Q related activities as under
• Improve First Pass Yield (FPY), Rolled Throughput Yield (RTY),COPQ and customer satisfaction metrics
• Support NPI, industrialization, product transfers and manufacturing ramp-up projects Drive quality governance with Contract Manufacturers (CMs)
