Growth Management- Senior Manager- Insurance

About the role

Drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for our Insurance platform, accelerating growth and increasing market share in the insurance investment space.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies to boost user adoption and transaction volume for insurance products
• Design and implement A/B tests and experiments to optimize user journeys, improving key metrics such as reach, CTRs, conversion rates and customer retention
• Analyze user behavior and identify opportunities for product enhancements, marketing campaigns, and customer segmentation
• Collaborate with product, and engineering teams to launch and refine growth initiatives
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTRs, conversions, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and customer lifetime value (CLTV)

What you need
