GTM Lead

About the role

Leverage market intelligence, AI-enabled tools, automation, and digital agents to identify growth triggers, buying signals, target accounts, implementation opportunities, and strategic prospects.

What you'll do

• Own the operating model, execution strategy, performance standards, and operating cadence for an assigned GTM motion
• Partner with Sales Leadership to develop GTM plays, campaign priorities, commercial messaging, target-account strategies, and partner-development initiatives
• Translate organizational growth priorities into structured demand-generation, account-development, partner-development, and pipeline-creation activities
• Establish and manage team KPIs related to productivity, quality, activity, conversion, pipeline generation, and execution effectiveness
• Lead onboarding, training, coaching, performance management, and ongoing capability development for human team members and digital agents
