Head HR (AVP) | (Retail) | 15+ yrs

About the role

Coach and support business leaders on people strategy, talent decisions and workforce challenges. We're looking for someone who has: 15-18 years of HR experience with deep expertise in Retail HR and frontline workforce management. Extensive experience managing large-scale retail employee populations across multiple locations.

What you'll do

• Lead the complete HR agenda for the retail workforce across the organization
• Drive workforce planning, staffing strategy and store manning models to support business growth
• Partner with Brand CEOs, Retail Leadership and Operations teams to improve workforce productivity and commercial outcomes
• Develop and implement retail HR frameworks that enhance employee effectiveness and customer experience
• Own training, development and capability-building initiatives for frontline employees and retail leaders

What you need
