What you'll do

As Head of Growth, you will be responsible for driving predictable, scalable growth across the entire customer lifecycle
Work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to design, execute, and optimize growth strategies grounded in data and experimentation
This is a hands-on leadership role — you’ll set strategy, build the growth team, and still get into the weeds when needed
Growth Strategy & Ownership
Own company-wide growth metrics: ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, activation, retention, expansion
