Healthcare Data Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Healthcare Data Analyst with strong experience working with healthcare data. The ideal candidate will be responsible for extracting, analyzing, and interpreting patient and operational data to support decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with clinical, administrative, and operational teams to deliver accurate reports, dashboards, and insights.

What you'll do

• Extract, clean, and analyze patient data from Salesforce, EMR systems , and other data sources
• Pull patient records and generate statistical analyses to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with healthcare data standards and privacy regulations (HIPAA, etc.)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support
