About the role

The Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for driving the end-to-end recruitment, focusing heavily on market-facing sourcing, comprehensive candidate vetting, and scheduling. This role prioritizes building a high-caliber pipeline of healthcare professionals, ensuring rigorous data integrity within internal platforms, and maintaining continuous candidate engagement to optimize placement rates and support early compliance stages.

What you'll do

• Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
• Lead Management: Evaluate inbound applicant flow and execute proactive outreach to passive candidate pools to maintain a robust talent pipeline
• Vetting, Selection & Offer Management
• Onboarding Orchestration: Administer the offer letter issuance process and facilitate formal acceptance procedures to ensure a seamless transition
• Compliance, Orientation & Support
