About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Healthcare Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting healthcare professionals across North America. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare roles, qualifications, and industry trends, as well as exceptional communication and organizational skills.

What you'll do

  • Screening and Selection: Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications to ensure alignment with position requirements and organizational culture
  • Reporting: Prepare and present recruitment metrics and reports to management as required
