What you'll do

• Manage employment-based and non-employment-based work authorization processes for the U.S. and Canada
• Partner with immigration counsel, Legal, HR, managers, and employees to support visa, work permit, and other immigration-related matters
• Monitor government and regulatory updates, assess operational impacts, and collaborate with Legal and U.S./Canada HR teams to implement necessary changes
• Coordinate preliminary immigration case reviews with external counsel before offers, transfers, promotions, relocations, or job changes are finalized
• Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate immigration records and documentation
