About the role

Ensure collaborating with HoDs to understand skills and competencies required for all openings and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions. Appraisal outcome must be quickly exercised. Continuously be in touch with employees as well as HoDs to ensure absolute touch-point at all times.

• Source and screen CVs, organizing interviews and ensure proper documentations of Recruitment process
• Identify and suggest formally ways to improve policies and procedures
