About the role

We are looking for a high-energy HR Associate who will play a critical role in driving hiring efficiency by managing initial screening, quality shortlisting, and end-to-end recruitment for operations roles, while ensuring strong conversion ratios and seamless onboarding. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and can balance both volume hiring and quality control.

What you'll do

• Initial Screening & Shortlisting (Sales & Design Hiring)
• Conduct first-level screening calls/interviews to assess candidate fit
• Maintain quality over quantity while achieving daily targets
• End-to-End Recruitment (Operations Hiring)
• Quality & Conversion Ownership

What you need

• 1–3 yrs of experience
