What you'll do

• Act as the primary HR partner and trusted advisor to the leadership team
• Understand business priorities and translate them into relevant people actions
• Partner with managers on employee engagement, performance, development, retention and employee relations
• Proactively identify people-related risks and highlight them to leadership along with recommendations
• Provide insights on workforce trends, employee concerns and organisational effectiveness
