HR Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for HRBP (Human Resource Business Partner), who will be responsible for handling entire HR functions which includes Recruitment & Induction, Employee Relations & Communication, HR Programme monitoring & Employee Exit management. Accountable for overall talent situation for the cluster/region, though recruitment team is responsible.

What you'll do

• Responsible for handling entire HR functions which includes Recruitment & Induction, Employee Relations & Communication
• Responsible for timely new-employee induction event for the region/cluster
• Visit all centres once month (minimum), twice a month (desired)
• Keep a record of centrewise observation after each visit (follow template)
• Manage complex exits cases
