About the role

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management at the school.

What you'll do

• Coordinate recruitment of teaching and non-teaching staff, including advertising roles, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews
• Support the leadership team in finalizing hiring decisions
• Ensure background checks, credential verification, and reference checks are completed
• Maintain a recruitment database and talent pipeline
• Manage onboarding process for new staff, including orientation sessions, documentation, and benefits enrollment
