HR Consultant

About the role

The HR Consultant will support plant HR operations by managing time office activities, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and employee lifecycle processes. The role requires a hands-on HR professional who can work closely with plant stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations and compliance with labor laws.

What you'll do

• Time Office & Payroll Management
• Manage employee attendance, shift schedules, leave records, and time office operations
• Ensure accurate processing and validation of attendance data for payroll inputs
• Coordinate with payroll teams/vendors for timely and error-free salary processing
• Address employee queries related to attendance, leave, and payroll
