About the role

We are looking for an HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee coordination, attendance management, documentation, recruitment support, and employee engagement activities. The candidate will ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures while maintaining employee records and supporting overall HR functions.

What you'll do

• Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team for recruitment requirements
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
• Support the onboarding and joining formalities of new employees
• Manage employee joining, onboarding, transfers, and exit formalities
• Maintain employee personal files and HR documentation
