HR Generalist II (HR Generalist/Recruiter)

About the role

The HR Generalist II will partner closely with the local HR Business Partner and managers to primarily focus on recruitment and onboading of talent to meet business needs. The HR Generalist will also provide comprehensive support across the employee lifecycle, handling HR inquiries, coordinating engagement initiatives, and ensuring smooth execution of HR processes as directed by the HR Business Partner.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job description development, sourcing, screening, coordinating and conducting interviews, job offers
• Manage pre-employment activities such as background checks, reference verification, job offers, and new hire documentation to ensure a smooth hiring process
• Coordinate and facilitate onboarding to ensure timely completion of documentation, required training, and smooth integration of new hires
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS data to support payroll, compliance, reporting, and general HR processes
• Prepare, manage, and maintain employment contracts, HR letters, certificates, and other labor documents to support compliance and recordkeeping requirements
