HR Generalist

About the role

As a People Associate , you will support day-to-day HR activities for the Bangalore office and help create a smooth and positive employee experience. This role is ideal for someone starting their HR career and looking to gain hands-on exposure across HR operations, employee engagement, and hiring in a fast-paced startup.

What you'll do

• Assist with attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll inputs
• Support onboarding activities including documentation and orientation
• Help maintain employee records and HR systems
• Provide support during employee exit processes
