About the role

As a Human Resources (HR) intern at ABEX Excellence Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions while contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

What you'll do

• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the HRIS system to streamline HR processes
• Support HR team in recruitment activities by sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews
• Contribute to HR analytics by collecting and analyzing data to provide insights for decision-making
• Help in developing and implementing HR branding strategies to attract and retain top talent
• Assist in creating and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
