HR Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage core HR functions including HR operations, recruitment, payroll processing, labor compliance, and grievance handling. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in end-to-end HR practices and capable of handling day-to-day employee administration efficiently.

What you'll do

• Manage complete HR operations and employee life cycle processes
• Handle recruitment, screening, coordination, and onboarding of candidates
• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
• Maintain labor law compliance and statutory records
• Handle employee grievances and support conflict resolution
