HR Offboarding Professional Japanese Language Specialist

About the role

In this role, you will own end-to-end employee separation transactions for IBM's Japan and broader APJ workforce, serving as the primary Japanese-language point of contact for exiting employees, HR Business Partners, and local People Managers. This is a high-trust, service delivery role that combines language expertise with process rigour.
