HR Operations - Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an operational Labour Law & Payroll Implementation Consultant to act as the primary Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for our New Labour Codes implementation initiative. In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with our selected External Principal Advisory Team to translate their legal guidance, strategic frameworks, and compliance blueprints into execution across our HR operations, payroll, and organizational policies.

What you'll do

• Serve as the central focal point and primary liaison between the external Labour Law Advisor, internal stakeholders (HR, Finance & Legal,), and third-party vendors
• Track new labour code implemenation milestones and report progress or escalations to HR Ops
• Work closely with HR Ops in implementation of the New Labour code across the MoE, India

What you need

• Any graduate
