About the role

This role will serve as a trusted HR partner for employees and managers, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and effective execution of people processes. The HR Generalist will be responsible for end-to-end HR operations, employee lifecycle management, employee engagement initiatives, and HR program execution.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, organizational changes, leave management, and offboarding
• Ensure a seamless employee experience throughout the employee journey
• Maintain accurate employee records, documentation, and data within HR systems
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities across stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions

What you need

• 5–7 yrs of experience
