About the role

You will keep global recruitment teams moving by applying the allocation matrix, coordinating assignments and handling salary range information with care. Your work helps hiring teams get started sooner and helps Novo bring in the people who turn science into progress for people living with serious chronic diseases.

What you'll do

• Be the link between incoming requisitions and the recruiters who act on them, keeping the process accurate, clear and on time
• Dispatch requisitions to the right recruiter using the allocation matrix, based on region, legal entity and organisational unit
• Coordinate recruiter assignments across global recruitment teams to support balanced, process-compliant workload distribution
• Track routing queries and help resolve them quickly, keeping stakeholders updated on status, dependencies and next steps
• Support salary range management and compensation alignment by validating inputs, sharing them with the right stakeholders and flagging exceptions or mismatches for review
