About the role

We are seeking for a passionate individual to join our team and drive excellence in our organization

What you'll do

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT positions
  • Understand job requirements and create clear, detailed job descriptions
  • Source candidates through multiple channels : job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting
  • Screen and shortlist profiles based on technical and soft skills
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability
