About the role

We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter with 2 years of experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong customer-handling skills and excellent communication abilities to effectively engage with candidates and clients.

What you'll do

• End-to-end recruitment process for IT and Non-IT roles
• Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through various channels
• Conducting initial interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Managing job postings and ensuring timely closures
