HR Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven IT Recruiter with 4–6 years of experience in end-to-end technical recruitment, preferably within an IT services or consulting organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical sourcing skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience managing multiple hiring requirements while ensuring timely position closures.

What you'll do

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, project needs, and hiring priorities
• Handle recruitment for various IT roles, including Software Development, QA/Testing, Data Analytics, Cloud, ERP, CRM, and other niche technologies
• Coordinate technical interviews and ensure timely collection of interview feedback
• Coordinate with external recruitment vendors when required
• Prepare and share daily and weekly recruitment reports, including open positions, interview status, selections, and joining updates
