HR Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring across engineering, design, sales, and marketing roles. The role involves active sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer management, and maintaining accurate ATS records.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for current and upcoming positions
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and relevant communities
• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interview rounds
• Manage interview schedules, follow-ups, and offer processes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS

What you need

• 2–3 yrs of experience
• Recruitment
• Sourcing
• Naukri RMS
• MBA or BBA
