What you'll do

• Gather, Analyze and interpret data from various sources to product accurate and timely reports
• Continuously improve reporting processes to increase efficiency and quality
• Maintain documentation on reporting processes data definitions and standard report
• Support ad hoc data requests and special projects as required
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and HRBP’s and provide them with the desired Data/Dashboard/Report
