Provide data-driven insights to HRBPs and leadership with strong English communication and analytical rigor.Key Responsibilities- Reporting & Analytics: Gather, analyze, and interpret HR data to deliver accurate, timely reports and dashboards- Process Excellence: Continuously improve reporting processes, data definitions, and standard reports.
